If you would like to enquire about an initial consultation, please call us on 020 7250 0083 or contact us through the contact page. If you should reach our answering machine please leave your name, a number (please speak clearly and slowly) which you are comfortable to talk on, and tell us when it is convenient to call you back. It would be helpful if you could mention in your message if you are interested in our reduced fee programme.

Please note that unfortunately we cannot offer reduced fee psychotherapy in evenings or early mornings

If you leave a message you will most likely be contacted by our clinical manager, Susanne Levin, within the next working day.

Susanne will have a short telephone/email conversation with you in order to understand what it is that makes you think of starting psychotherapy. This conversation will give you an opportunity to talk through the different possibilities and for Susanne to understand better what will be the most suitable therapy and therapist. If it is unclear whether the kind of psychotherapy we offer is likely to be suitable, you may be offered a preliminary consultation to assess this or Susanne might be able to refer you on to a type of therapy that feels more suitable.

Once you have been referred to one of our therapists, the therapist will contact you in order to set up an initial assessment. When you meet the therapist you will be able to discuss all the different practicalities and of course to talk more in depth about what has led you to start thinking about psychotherapy.
